Once purchased you have up to 60 days to complete the game before it will be removed from our system.
Once you have completed the game you cannot play it again without purchasing another Game ID.
It is your responsibility to setup any video/audio calling you require in order to collaborate with the other players.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are playing using only supported web browsers, and that they are up to date.
For online games, refunds will only be given if your game clock shows that you have not played for any longer than 10 minutes.
For physical games, refunds will be at the descresion of the Game Manager running the game. If booked online, game refunds are possible with at least 48 hours prior notice to the game start date, but we would prefer you to move the booking instead if possible.
